  1. All to discuss mission statements submitted by each of us.
  2. Elisa and Philip to present proposal on process and procedure of adding members to Asian.GOP-ACEO to include current and former elected and non-elected officials.
  3. Updates on activities we each have been doing toward our Mission.
  4. Mr. Conrad Lee suggested Mission statement: To advance responsible values and prudent policies of the Republican Party and Party of Lincoln.
  5. Mr. Zhi Liang hopes the rest of team can carry on the topics which covered in his presentation.

Minutes
Meeting called by Conrad Lee at 7:10 p.m. PT. Yingying Sun, Jay Lin, Cliff Li and Conrad Lee were present.

  1. Agenda was revised unanimously to discuss NLC meeting in Pittsburgh by Conrad from 11/15 to 11/20. A new chapter of Asian.GOP has been established there and Cliff thought it appropriate for Conrad to connect with its members while there.
  2. Conrad reported that there were little activities for Republican Party by Chinese Americans in a heavily democratic Washington State
  3. except for a Trump banner flown over the City of Seattle
  4. Jay talked about the Chinese American involvement in Georgia. Their turnout is 3 times that of 2012. But they have to learn more about the rule of engagement influencing those yet to make their decisions and not to joining the fight. 70% for Trump and 30% for Clinton. 1st generation for Trump and 2nd for Clinton. They also flew billboard for Trump for 3 days. Georgia has a state minority engagement director.
  5. Yingying reported that Houston also flew a banner for Trump. However, it is turning more blue.

Next meeting will be December 7, 2016, Wednesday, same time, same number. 
Philip Liang was elected to chair the next meeting.
