    • Updated GA’s post-election Asian American’s political movements
    • Chinese American have more visibility / activities to support few non-Chinese political candidates to run a just vacated position - one of the current GA’s government official has been selected by the president-elect Trump to work from DC.    
  • Elisa Chan
    • Pointed out that about 74% of Asian Americans are immigrants in TX and the political needs and involvements are unique.
    • Indicates it is necessary to define the relationship between the newly established Asian.GOP and pre-existed TX Asian American Republican organization.
  • Zhi Liang
    • Updated NJ 2016 political campaigns results - 8 out of 11 Chinese American political candidates successfully won the campaigns - mainly focus on the local school board.
    • Many new immigrants (Green Card holder) from mainland China are willing to contribute money to those local Chinese American candidates.

    • Updated Houston area Chinese American for Republican Party activities

    • Asian.GOP like to involve GA / TX Asian American related political matters  
    • Updated the penitential celebration event for Preside-elect Trump’s inauguration - to be finalized and invite all Advisory Council members to join (around 01/20/2017).
  1. Asian.GOP – ACEO Framework Discussion 
  • All recognize the current framework draft established by Zhi Liang is a good starting point
  • Zhi Liang will update the framework after the meeting then release to the team members
  • Zhi Liang will initially allocate framework enhancement relate tasks to the team members
  • All agree to formalize the framework is important and necessary
  • Cliff Li calls all team members to offer suggestions / recommendations
